The Basics
Everything that is truely basic about your character goes in the following slots
Name- The character's full name
Birth Name- the name your character was born with
Nicknames and Alias'- any nick-names, pet-names or alias' you character has
Gender- the gender of your character
Age- how old your character is, in years
Species- what specice your character is, be it wolf, human or squid
Height- how tall is your character, in feet
Weight- how much does your character weigh, in pounds

Personality:
what your character is like, be descriptive and detailed about this, because sometimes it helps people decide if they want to roleplay with the character or not. Be sure to include how they feel towards themselves, others, and the world as a whole, plus a genral summary of their normal temperment. Try not to make a character with too dull of a personality, but don't let them be TOO mean, or TOO nice, that just makes for a sometimes irritating character to rp with.


History:
the full background story of your character. Where they came from, what their life was like. What led to the way they are now. Be creative, don't just have the same-old same-old, try something new, and try and tye the personality into their history, explain why they act the way they do.
Relationships with Others[/u]
Everyone that your character has met before, and their bond to them
Known Family[/b]:
Family members that are known to the character, anything with a strike through it is dead. Be sure to put a characters views on people in brackets([]) or italics.
Mother- the mother of your character
Father- the father of your character
Sisters- the female siblings(sisters) of your character, be sure to have somewhere if they are younger or older
Brothers- the male siblings(brothers) of your character, be sure to say if they are younger or older
Other Relations[/u]
Any characters other than family your character has met, and how he or she relates to them. Be sure to put bracktes around how they feel about these characters, or put it in italics.
Friends- anyone your character has met who they have a bond with, but isn't in love with
Enemies- anyone your character has met that has tried to kill them, or that your character hates
Crush- who does your character have a crush on or wants to be mates with. This also includes if they are "dating" befor they become mates
Mate- who your character has decided to spend their ife with, or just breed with. Anyone your character has bred with(and has puppies with) or is their permanent partner in love, put here
Pack, Position and Place[/u]
Pack- what pack does your character travel with, or is a part of? Maybe they juts go with a family group?
Rank- the rank in the pack your character holds, wether it's alpha or omega, still put it down
Homeland- where your character was born, and considers to truely be home
Current Location- where your character is currently

anything else that the above lists don't cover goes here

Theme Song: the song that most describes your character, or most goes with them
Song(s)- the song title and artist
Video(s)- a video with the song in it
Lyrics- if you can find them, the lyrics to the song

Likes and Dislikes
what your character does and doesn't like
Dislikes- everything your character hates or dislikes
Likes- everything your character adores, or likes

Fears- everything that scares your character

Looks: A description of what your character looks like, with any pictures by you or othersyou have of the character
